- We can also source pieces not listed, other works by the same artists, and catalog items in quantity
- Overseas delivery is available on request (duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility)

How ordering works

Inquiry
Send us the items, quantities and budget using the form below.

Quotation
We email a quotation, usually within 2 business days (valid for 14 days).

Order & payment
Your order is confirmed when you accept the quotation. Full payment in advance, by bank transfer or card.

Sourcing
Once payment is confirmed, we place the order with the artists and kilns.

Inspection, packing & shipping
Shipped 2–6 weeks after payment is confirmed, carefully packed as fragile goods. We email you the inspection photos and water-leak test record when it ships.

Delivery
Please check for damage or errors within 7 days of delivery.
Payment & cancellation
- Payment
- Full payment in advance (bank transfer or card). Transfer fees are the buyer's responsibility. Bank transfer is recommended for large orders.
- Overseas buyers
- International wire transfer (fees borne by the buyer) or card. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
- Lead time
- Shipped 2–6 weeks after payment is confirmed.
- Cancellation
- After payment and before we place the order with the makers, we refund less fees. Cancellation is not possible after the order is placed.
- Damage or wrong items
- Contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. One-of-a-kind pieces are refunded rather than exchanged.
