Within Japan, and Thailand (via our Bangkok partner).

Shipping fee

Calculated by destination and shown in the cart and at checkout. Domestic orders may ship free above a certain amount.

Dispatch time

Normally shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Overseas duties

Customs and import duties for Thailand are borne by the customer.

Returns & exchanges

As these are food products, returns or exchanges for customer reasons cannot be accepted. Only if a delivered item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
