We handle your personal information appropriately under the following policy.
1. Information we collect
Name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and order details. Payment information such as card numbers is collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not retain card numbers. If you use LINE Login, we also receive your LINE user ID, display name, profile image, and—if you consent—your email address.
2. Purpose of use
To ship products and manage orders, process payments, contact you about orders and shipments, respond to inquiries, provide member services (login authentication and management of membership rank and points), and meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing & outsourcing
To deliver products, process payments, and send email, we may share information as necessary with carriers, our payment processor (Stripe), and our email provider (Resend). We do not otherwise provide information to third parties except as required by law.
4. Cross-border transfer
For overseas delivery (e.g., Thailand), shipping information may be provided to partners outside Japan.
5. Cookies & storage
This site uses browser local storage and cookies to maintain functions such as the cart and to keep your login session.
6. LINE account linking (LINE Login)
If you use LINE Login, we receive from LY Corporation your LINE user identifier (user ID), display name, profile image, and—only if you consent—your email address. We use these solely to create your member account, authenticate logins, display your membership rank and points, and verify your identity, and not beyond these purposes. Using LINE Login is optional; you may instead log in with your email address. For how LINE handles your information, please refer to the privacy policy of LY Corporation.
7. Disclosure, correction & deletion
To request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your personal information, please contact m-shibuta@gyutto.co.jp. We respond in accordance with law after verifying your identity.
