Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the online store "T44 Niyodogawa Tea" (the "Service") operated by GYUTTO Inc. (GYUTTO Niyodogawa, "we"/"us"). By using the Service, you ("the user") agree to these Terms.
1. Application
These Terms apply to all relationships between us and the user regarding use of the Service. Other policies we provide on the Service (Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, Shipping & Returns, Privacy Policy, etc.) also form part of these Terms.
2. Registration & account
Users may log in or register with an email address or a LINE account. Registered information must be accurate and current. Users are responsible for managing their accounts and must not allow third parties to use them. Users bear responsibility for damages arising from inadequate management or third-party use of their login credentials.
3. Orders and formation of contract
A sales contract is formed when we complete payment confirmation and order acceptance for the user's order. Prices, shipping, stock, and points are determined on a server-side basis. In cases of display errors, out-of-stock items, or orders we deem fraudulent or inappropriate, we may decline or cancel an order before or after contract formation.
4. Membership rank & points
Membership rank (based on purchased grams) and the tea points granted are determined under criteria we set. Points have an expiry date and lapse thereafter. The content of points, ranks, and benefits may change without notice. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and may be revoked if obtained or used improperly.
5. Prohibited conduct
Users must not violate laws or public order, infringe the rights of us or third parties, register false information, gain unauthorized access or interfere with the system, attempt to tamper with prices or points, resell for profit, or engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate.
6. Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights in the text, images, logos, and design of the Service belong to us or the rightful holders. Reproduction, diversion, or modification without our prior permission is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from changes or interruptions to the Service, communication or system failures, natural disasters, and the like. Please follow the product labeling for food storage and best-before dates.
8. Changes, suspension & termination
We may change the content of the Service or suspend or terminate its provision without prior notice to users, and are not liable for damages arising therefrom.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when we deem it necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on the Service and apply to subsequent use.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms and use of the Service are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
